hi I am 15 in 3 months and i have hit puberty but my penis and balls are not growing and i'm really concerned.
has anyone got advise for me.

There is really nothing to be concerned about since you have already started puberty your developing normally.
Your penis and testicle size has probably increased some since you have started puberty.
The average for your age is around 4 to 5 inches so if your about that size your pretty much on track.
