My son was circumcised when he was 8. because his foreskin grew stuck to his penis. He is now 12 and his penis is underdeveloped. It has stopped growing according to him. I took him to a specialist last year and he said we had nothing to worry about. This however has an emotional impact on him. He is embarrassed to change in front of his friends and he is really worried. What could be the cause of this and how do I help him
