I noticed your post was 8 years ago, and was wondering if the symptoms you were feeling then have developed into anything serious? I too, am having cold but warm to touch feet and lower legs. I've been told I'm beginning menopause, and was given a low dose of Ativan to help with my anxiousness as needed.
I started feeling like ants crawling on me last night, got up took an Ativan and laid back down, was about to go into panic attack then it began to calm me. I hate these feelings! I'm 46.

No, I haven't. I have began taking a multi-vitamin though. Right now I feel as normal as ever!!! :)
Omg. Thank god I'm not crazy either!!! I am in full menopause and am 45. My arms hands feet and legs feel this way too. It is insane. It makes me feel anxious. Which I have high anxiety to start with .
I have burning hands and feet too plus I cannot sleep more then a few hours at night. I was told today i am in perimenopause . Can this really be a symptom?

I am 48 and I need help. I am on peri menopause having all kind sickness( burning feet and tongue, electric shocks, gum problem, lips each, flu symptoms each month, head ache, joint pain, breast pain, trouble breathing, swollen feet etc...... Help!
I am perimenapausal. Although I find it hard to believe ( not had my bloods done yet) terrible skin crawling, sore hot hands and feet, aches and pains, night sweats before my period, shorter lighter cycle, hair thinning, anxiety.
Glad to hear others have similar symptoms.
Going to see someone to get some help as I am really struggling.

I just discovered the idea of bio identical hormone replacement therapy and am going to see a doctor about it next week. Hoping it clear bs up many of these symptoms for me!

Please tell me that a doctor has given you something to relieve your symptoms! I have had burning/freezing shins/feet for a year now and am going crazy! Have seen every doctor under the sun to no avail :( Help!!
