2 days ago I recently found out that when I sat down my butt really hurted.
I examined it and found out what it was.

I found out that I had a Perianal abscess.

And I would like to know more about Perianal abscesses.
+ there is one more thing, will this ''lump'' disappear with the time? will it grow bigger and bigger, and eventually calm down?
Or is antibiotica a really big need?
