period or pregnant

hi everyone,

i was just looking at the calendar and i just realized that my boyfriend and i 'fooled around' around my ovulation cycle. I usually get spottng before my periods. this time, ive noticed the spotting is taking longer than usual to get through to my period. Im also getting cramps like if i were on my period. am i just paranoid? or am i going through the first signs of implantation?
