I have been having the same symptoms except breast tenderness. My husband and I have been trying for a baby and I've heard that its possible that I'm pregnant. I have taken a pregnacy test and it came back negitive. I have always had irregular periods, but once I start cramping I get it within the next two days, but it has been a week and still no spotting or anything. I hope that I am pregnant but I hope I'm not delaying my period because I hope I'm pregnant.
Hello ladies glad I came across this post I want you to know your not alone the only ones going through this problem I to have been having the same issues (period with no bleeding) I have gone to my Doctor regarding this issue first i'd like to say my Doctor is a great Doctor well known GYN people from all over the world come to see him so I trust his opinion on the matter to the fullest.
I HAVE AN ASWER FOR ALL OF YOU!
I was told nothing was seriously wrong with me there are several reasons a woman might not get a regular period not necessarally no bleeding but sometimes light bleeding, sometimes very heavy bleeding more then normal, extreme cramping etc I can write down everything my Doctor told me but that would take a long time so for short the reasons most likely are
Stress, Anxiety, Panic, Worry, Depression, Weight Gain, Weight loss (being underweight) and excessive Exersize
Those are the most common reasons in my case it could the stress anxiety I do try to excersize alot cause I am over wieght but in your case no one knows for sure what the reason is that's for you and your Doctor to figure out but as long as your papsmears come out normal your NOT pregnant your are okay no need to worry this is a very common thing happens to alot of woman depending on your reason could continue on for quite a wile i'm going on 3 months now with the problem hope this has helped ease your worries I am so pleased to find out there's nothing wrong with me.
NOTE: If you feel there is something more seriously wrong please don't hesitate to tell your Doctor run test I have had test even though I was not getting any serious symptoms you might wanna get checked just incase if you feel severe unbearable cramping with the no bleeding go to your ER and get checked out if you have a period that wont stop and is more like hemraging also go get checked. There are cases where something can be wrong but if all your exsperiencing is normal period symptoms with no bleeding or very light bleeding you should be just fine.
Have a wonderful day God Bless all of you!
Period Symptoms Without BleedingWomen who are sexually active and have unprotected sex have chances of getting pregnant. If you have been trying for a baby, it is a possibility that you have conceived. Many women experience period-like symptoms when they are pregnant or around the time their periods are due. It is the body's way of preparing for the pregnancy. One should wait for a week or so after experiencing menstruation signs and no bleeding, before taking a pregnancy test.Another reason for experiencing menstrual cycle symptoms but no bleeding, is implantation. When the sperm fertilizes the egg, the fertilized egg tries to move down to the uterus from the fallopian tube. When it reaches the uterus, it tries to attach itself to the uterine lining. This process is called implantation and one may experience symptoms of periods without any bleeding. A woman may feel these early pregnancy symptoms before the date of her periods. In about 30% of the cases, a woman may experience slight implantation bleeding. The bleeding is light pink or light brown in color and may be one of the pregnancy symptoms. This is different from the bright red and heavy bleeding one experiences during menstruation cycle. The above two reasons for period symptoms sans bleeding, may be true for sexually active women. But, what if you are not trying to get pregnant or have not indulged in sexual intercourse lately? You may be experiencing periods symptoms due to ovulation. This is a biological process that may take place mid-way during your menstruation cycle. This means the eggs from the ovaries are being released into the uterus. The ovulation takes place about 2 weeks before you actually begin bleeding. Thus, one may feel pain in the lower abdomen, tender breasts, menstruation cramping when ovulating. It is better to wait for a week or two for your periods to show up after you feel these symptoms.Other reasons for experiencing menstruation symptoms without appearance of blood may include hormonal imbalance. Women with thyroid gland disorders, eating disorders, glandular problems, etc. may suffer from irregular periods. They may experience missed menstrual cycle. It is better to visit an endocrinologist for a check up, especially if you are suffering from excessive weight loss or weight gain.Obesity is another reason for experiencing these menstruation problems. Pre-existing medical conditions and illnesses may also contribute to signs of menses without bleeding. Stress, emotional imbalances, psychological conditions may also delay the onset of periods. Many women try certain methods that help in delaying menstrual cycle. Those who are on birth control pills may find their periods pushed back several dates. All these irregular periods cause may be the reason behind no bleeding after undergoing all the symptoms.A few women may be suffering from a serious disorder called the polycystic ovarian syndrome. This condition is caused due to hormonal problems in a woman. It is related to high androgen levels in the body that results in developing more masculine features. One suffers from obesity, acne, irregular menstruation and amenorrhea causes. This is one of the most common causes of infertility in women. Women with polycystic ovarian syndrome may suffer from depression, abdominal cramps, weight gain, etc. that are thought to be similar to signs of a period. The start of menopause may also cause symptoms of menses but no periods in older women. These women may experience all the signs of menstruation, but will not bleed like they used to. This is termed as perimenopause symptoms in women. A premenopausal woman may experience tender breasts, headaches, mood changes, hot flushes, bloating, etc. but no bleeding. These were most of the causes that lead to menstruation symptoms but no bleeding. If you were trying to get pregnant, then this may be one of the 10 signs of pregnancy. Any doubts regarding your condition, should be discussed with your gynecologist. This will help ease your mind of different worries and sort out problems, if any.

i am 3 days late never had sex am complete vigrin and dont understand i allways get it on the sunday never once missed it and now its wednesay have been slightly stressed this month could that be why
I'm having the same problem. I haven't had sex for a few months so i cant be pregnant, but i keep having period pain with no bleeding. Has anyone been tested for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome? The list of symptoms include; Light or skipped periods, obesity (particularly excess fat on the abdomen and other typically male fat storage areas) acne, depression and mood swings, excess hair growth. Your doctor will probably order an ultra sound to see of there are cysts on your ovaries and a blood test to check your hormone levels. Untreated PCOS gives you an increased risk of type 2 diabetes and ovarian cancer so its worth getting yourself checked out. Im going to get my ultrasound next week, and ill let you know how it goes:)
have any of you received your period after this scare? I'm currently experiencing it
