Well I'm a little confused on where to put this since it can fit into 3different categories
At the end of Sept I went on Birth-Control (the one where you go and get a shot every 3months). At that time my doctor checked me to see if I was pregnant and it came out negative. After hearing about what I've done my boyfriend being the id**t that he is decided this was a condom free pass and took if off while we had sex and he came in me. I was totally angry, I had received the day before and doubt it works that quickly.
I soon pushed it out of my mind and use condoms ever since then. My doctor informed me I would have some spotting for the first few months then my period would disappear. Well October passed and I had no spotting or anything but had a constant feeling of nasaeua. I was a little worried and took a home pregnancy test that came out negative.
This monday I started to spot and having really bad cramps but then it become REALLY heavy and this morning I even passed a few clots and some weird looking tissue. I started to freak out but my doctor won't be around for like 3weeks because she's on vacation.
What can this be? I'm totally freaking out.

Clots are normal, but when you say tissue, that could be a whole different story. You could have had a miscarraige. Regardless of whether your regular Dr.s away, i'm sure she has someone to cover her absence. You really should have an ultra sound and an exam. They will know what happened.
