I have had this for about three years or more. A tingly itch at base of right shoulder blade on the bra line (I gave up wearing a bra about a year ago, it didn't help). I also have a "pulling" feeling right through from that spot to my right boob if I do anything strenuous (like hoovering!) I was concerned and went to doc last April but she checked me out for lumps and bumps and could find nothing. I had regular mammogram scan in August and thankfully that showed nothing. I was quite relieved to find it appears to be quite common on here but would love to know what it definitely was and if there is a "cure"

it's weird to know that there are many people who feel the same as I do. mine started when i was a still small. the sensation begins on my right shoulder blade down to my hip. when it triggers when I'm asleep, i usually had nightmares and waking up that the tingling reaches my hip and sometimes throbbing. sometimes, it triggers when I feel sudden coldness at the right side of my body. I know it's weird but at first I think it is a paranormal condition but somehow I seek for medical help for this. right now it triggers very often, maybe 3-4 times a day. please contact me if someone could finally explain our condition. thank you.

I have also had this for a week now. Under right shoulder like midway down. Almost like it's asleep. Constant though. I'm thinking a nerve problem. I've also been having neck aches and headaches. So maybe its the way I sleep at night.

I have a spot about mid way down to the right side of my spine that goes numb at random times. Turns out my T-9 and T-10 discs are tinning and pressing on a nerve. It also has been causing my back and rib pain.

Ok so this may sound strange- but I have had the same sensation over last few years on and off. I seem to feel it when I'm suffering from anaemia. Sounds odd but I also get cold hands and feet.
Just very coincidental.

So apparently no one has had a diagnosis??

It's your lung. The tingling sensation experiencing is the "start up" of self repair. Everyone has a dominant and submissive half of their body. Personally, i think it's the submissive lung that requires the extra ummf to keep up with the dominant. You just dont notice the other side because of the differences. Same concept you being able feel your heart beat all the time. Only its pounding or when deprived of other senses. Heres a link for info on he repair process of your lungs. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3104764/ Regardless of however consistent your symptoms are anything online, it NOT A DIAGNOSIS. Some symptoms are universal and differ from person to person accordingly. See a doctor

Wondering if it is herpes zoster. Sometimes you can have an outbreak of herpes and see no pustules, just feel a tingling sensation to the skin. Also, when you do get herpes zoster outbreak it usually is in the same area. I have had a spot on my thigh that will flare up for over 20 years!!

Wow, Mine started off at the top of my back and and now I can feel it has moved down to about the middle of my back all the way across and down my spine. I just don't know how to explain it to my doctor.

I can't believe what I'm reading. I thought I was just me being weird but this is an actual thing. Wow.

This is not tingling - this is pain and itching

Connor, I have the exact same thing. I've had it probably for 5 months now and I'm starting to become concerned. I'm going to go to a doctor and I'll let you know what they say. Sounds like the doctors people have seen above haven't been helpful though.

Cheers,
Mark
