I get this pimples or ingrown hairs or something on my arms and neck and face every once in a while. they all start off as a pimple like shape but then when i try to pop them they get really big and don't really pop, just has a liquid type ooz. And when they scab up, they scab as if there is a root in the center that pulls the skin to it. they also take a LONG time to heal, even if i don't pick them.
I work at a food shop that im alway standing over a steamy grill cooking greasy food...so im not sure if thats what its from.
any thoughts or ideas on what they could be?
Just really big pimples?
