I'm 16 and play football. I keep haveing these pimple like things around my testicals. I shower every day after practice and they still come up. I'm still a virgin I haven't kisses a girl in 3 years. What could be the cause?

They can be/likely are pimples.
You can get them on your genitals too.
Your underwear may contribute. Try to wear something that keeps the area clean/dry, cotton for example vs synthetics.
