Well, I have this bump that looks like a pimple on my balls, I seriously think its been there my whole life or at least as long as I can remember. I just want to make sure it isn't a STD. It's the same color as my skin, changes white if I squeeze on it. It's the only one there at all. I just looked up Fordyce Spots and I've got what looks just like this. But is it normal for one to be that much bigger than the other bumps? Because this one looks like a pimple. Much bigger than the other spots/dots/bumps. I think it may be Sebaceous cysts because it looks very similar to this. It is raised and doesn't look too serious but has been there maybe 7 years?
I'm not sure what this could be.
