I've been on the pill for 3 months now, and had regular periods the first 2 months but this time I'm only spotting and it's a very light pink and only if I wipe. Me and my boyfriend never use condoms and he finishes inside me. I've also been feeling nauseated the past week and a half. But haven't thrown up. Im getting tiny cramps but not like my usual breath stopping ones. Can anyone help me?
