Haha!! my roommate did this exact scenario once! Had her whole lunch, couldn't find her keys, lost her mind, then they were in her running locked vehicle. It was a pretty stressful week for her, was the only explanation we could come up with. so hilarious :teehee:
never ever ran out of gas
Yeah. I do that too. Let's just say Dad couldn't get me married off soon enough. Now I'm someone elses problem. :wavey:
Men run out of gas, wimmins lock their key in the car
are you trying to tell me something about myself? I can't ever remember ruinning out of gas, but man have i locked keys in. i got quite adept into breaking into cars.
a GF "ran out" she thought. i got to her car the guge was reading low but no that low. apprently she was mad and slammed the door and tripped the gas shut-off valve. i was proud of myself for thiunking of that. boy was she embarrassed

My truck has a switch where I can shut off the electric fuel pump. One time while heading out on an early morning fishing trip with both boys I had stopped to put gas in the tank. They were horsing around and one of them tripped the switch. We pulled out onto the main road and the truck promptly died. When I tried to restart I noticed I didn't hear the pump. flipped the switch and we were back in business.
