My Husband pushed me down to the floor/ looked at me then walked away. He told me I should have left him alone. Six days later he grabbed my arm while pulling me into the room. When I asked him what was the reason for that, he said he was angry. Do you think it will continue? :'(
these are early warning signs for continued spousal abuse. my mom stayed in a relationship with my dad for 14 years and after everytime he would tell her he was sorry and it wouldn't happen again but, you don't have to suffer the same way. he is showing early warning signs so I say to you firmly and i hope you hear the strength in these words when i say get out now before it gets worse.

Call me dumm, but i gave him a 3 strikes your out warning. I hope this will scare him and he'll learn from it. If he shows me any sign or gets to heated I will leave. Thanks once again :-)

If you continues to allow it and he isn't trying to change then there is no reason the situation would change. Gauge his results by his actions not just by his words. You don't deserve to be hit by him and the best thing you can do is stand up for yourself and let him know you won't put up with it.
