I need advice. I visited a doctor today because of my sinuses and he noticed I have plugged ears. This is always happening to me, I mean I clean them on daily basis, so what is the cause?

Most of us connect plugged ears with sinus infection, colds and allergies. This are very possible connection, but also family. Families with muscular tightness in the neck and shoulders can effect plugged ears, that is why ears are prevented from draining properly. It has little to do with cleaning ears.
