s 6 cm starts at the top of duodem and goes all the way to the gallballader and pancreas tubes with two small polps being on the tubes isthis really a bad surgury or is this common?
Duodenal polyps, if left untreated, can lead to cancer. The location of your polyps (common bile duct, pancreatic duct) certainly would make the surgery more difficult.

I don't think it's the most common but then I don't think that it should be an especially complicated surgery either. It might be a challenge to get through but I think that ultimately you will find it's worth the surgery and you should recover from it fairly quickly so I hope that you will definitely consider it. Please let me know if you have any other questions and good luck to you. Keep us posted on how the surgery goes for you okay?
