Hi I am 15, I have had some little flesh bumps that seem to match the look of genital warts all over the bottom part of my penis and all over my scrotum. I have not had sex. But I have had a dog lick my penis before. Sounds weird but I did. Could that have possibly given me genital warts or no. Just recently my balls have started to itch a lot. What could this possibly be??? I am kind of freaking out and am too nervous to ask a doctor. I've had the bumps for a couple years now. Any help would be very appreciated I really really really want to know what's going on!!! Someone please help me! Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you! :)
