I had some kidney condition which I successfully treated. The problem is that after a week I had basic check to make sure that I do not need more treatment my doctor told me that I have lost potassium. It seems that this hormone is somehow connected with kidneys. Anyway I need some information what food contain potassium. Thanks!

Ok, foods high in potassium are: banana, tomato juice, orange juice, vegetable juice cocktail, bran cereals, dried fruit (apricots, dates, peaches, figs, prunes, raisins), meat (beef, chicken, halibut, pork, salmon, veal), cantaloupe, milk, grapefruit juice, lima beans, mushrooms (canned), parsnips, peanut butter, pineapple juice, plums, spinach, watermelon, yams and yogurt.
