My wife has had her medical abortion on August 20. Today during sex the condom ripped (of course we found out after sex.)
Is it safe for her to continue with the pregnancy or should we use the morning after pill?

SURE it is safe, but OBVIOUSLY she is not pregnant yet!
Pregnancy does not happen the day you have sex, it is a 1-2 week long process.
IF you are using a condom YOU OBVIOUSLY wish to prevent pregnancy!
IF you are truly wanting to have a baby, then you may proceed.

You're right, I worded it incorrectly. We wish to avoid a pregnancy, but should one happen we would want to continue with it unless there are risks of complications because of something. In this case we were worried that the after effects of a recent medical abortion may cause complications or a misscarriage.
Technically all women are advised to wait 2-3 months after an abortion to have a baby, because miscarriage risk is higher.
That does not mean it is NOT safe to have a pregnancy, but she should give her body time to heal.
It IS safe, but there are some higher risks of miscarriage.
