I heard that it is important for me to exercise during the pregnancy. But I heard that excessive exercise is bad and that it can lead to complications. Could you explain me more?
Yes, that is true. Exercise is important but there are some exercises that are not fit for a pregnant woman. Due to the physiologic changes some precautions should be made. Especially in third trimester when the future mother is most sensitive. You should talk to your doctor about which exercises you should do and which you shouldn't.
