If a male got the vasectomy before they are 30 ,the doc uses clamps, they usually do not snip. and clamps come loose . That is incase they want to change their minds later. Clamp usually work loose within 15 years. If the clamps are sized wrong they can also leave a small amount of sperm through. So yes there is a chance of still becomming preganant to a male that has been clampped. With those that have been actual clipped and the ends burned pregnancy is not likely.
