Hello! I haven't had a period since September 25. After several negative home pregnancy tests I went to the doctor on December 30. The urine test in the office was also negative. We all assume I'm not pregnant. He put me on a ten day cycle of Progeterone to start my period. I finished the cycle on January 12 and still have not had a period. I go back in the morning for estorgen level checks and other blood work.
Is it possible I could be pregnant? Should I ask for a blood pregnancy test? Or an ultrasound

Well, you can try an ultrasound (Even without a doctors permission) if you insist.
However with the huge amount of negatives, the chance of just having an irregular period is much greater. My sister at once didn't even have a menstruation for almost a year and then at times she would menstuate so much.(And in so much pain as well)

I thought so too, except my period has came every month on the same day since my last child was born. Is it possible to be pregnant and not have a positive test?

Yes it can happen. That's why I suggested an Ultrasound as well. :)
The only thing I am kind of curious is why won't your doctor check themselves if you are pregnant as the doctor has the tools to verify. Or perhaps your doctor is just a General Practitioner and not a Ob Gyn?
