I went to the er today cause I started spotting they did a Ultra sound im 6 weeks 3 days but their wasn't a heartbeat. I don't have any signs of being pregnant or having a miscarriage. How should I feel about this.
Its called a missed miscarriage. What happens is the fetus' heart beat stops but you don't have the traditional signs of miscarriage.I hope this helps you find what you need. I have a friend who just had he second in 2 months
