do you get pregnant by getting physical except for actual sex???? i am really scared about it... and just twice or thrice maybe i got this wierd stomach pain.....

Hi megha, I don't know what you mean exactly by "getting physical". So I will just explain what has to happen for you to become pregnant. First, you have to be ovulating, or up to about 5 days before, so that there would be an egg for the sperm to fertilize. Sperm has the ability to live inside your vagina up to 5 days, so even if you are not ovulating at the time of intercourse, when the egg drops even days later, the sperm could fertilize it then. Sperm can enter the vagina by other means besides penetration of the penis. If he was to ejaculate (cum) anywhere near your vagina and the semen gets inside you, you run the risk of sperm traveling to your uterus & fertilize an egg and thereby becoming pregnant. If he was to have sperm on his hands and then insert his fingers into your vagina, the same thing applies. It's not as likely as if there were "actual sex", but the possibility is there nonetheless. So, even when you're being physical you should take precautions. I hope this clears things up for you.
