Pregnant while taking Loestrin24Fe? Nausea and urinating a lot cramps and bleeding brown color

I am 17 years old and For the last couple of weeks i have felt nausea and lots of hunger but everything has made me feel sick. smelling anything strong gets me dizzy. I am currently on my second month and 2nd week on Loestrin24Fe(can you still get pregnant on this?).... I had sex with my bf but it wasnt long and he did not cum... though pre-cum is unknown to have happened. i searched these symptoms and... PREGNANT is what came up. i need help figuring this out. i am confused. recently i started to bleed some brown colored stuff and i thought oh, its implantation bleeding?... but its still happening for a couple of days and now i have bad cramps. i am like one week away from my period... last week the pill worked and i had no pain or anything.

Symptoms i have been having:
- Nausea
- peeing a lot
- bloating
- sensitive breasts
- hungry every second
- brown blood
- cramps
- mood swings

please help me figure this out. i really feel like going to the doctor and having it checked out... but im scared that it might just be nothing and i have been hyped up for nothing.

I calculated the events and it makes sense that i am pregnant for 2 weeks and a couple days.
