I am 34 weeks pregnant and even tho my std tests all came back nregative I get sores in the vaginal area that itch and burn.. I don't get them often but I do get them, anyway if I do have herpes then can I deliver naturally or do I have to have a c section? I'm also on methadone, I pray to god that my baby is born healty and not detoxing because of my mistakes.

It is very important that your doctor know. Your baby could get very sick if you have it.
