I've been google searching these symptoms and can't find a thing on what I've been feeling after my period for several years. Some months it's not so bad, some months it doesn't come, and this month it's really bad.
1 - 5 days after my period ends I feel a strange pressure/discomfort deep inside, and I feel it more when I sit. It's hard to really explain, but the sensation feels like it's coming from my cervix/bladder/uterus (straight up; center) area... If I could further explain by pushing or pointing to the area, it's in the center of my belly about 4 inches down from my belly button (approximately where my uterus is by looking at diagrams of the female anatomy). I find that if I have sexual intercourse or any kind of "play" right after my period, it seems to trigger the sensation more so... it's been going on for several years; but I do recall that it never happened when I was on the pill.
This feeling does go away after a week or so; and I have no other symptoms at all... no stinging urination, no discharge, no smells, no other pains, nothing. I'm wondering if other women have had a similar experience, and if anyone may have an explanation for this.

I have been experiencing exactly the same thing. I have PCOS so it may be to do with that, but I had a ultrasound scan 7 months ago and everything was fine. It feels like a pressure in the pelvic area and it is definitely worse when I sit down. It also happens at the end of my period and sometimes it is worse than others. Let me know if you find out if there is anything causing it.
i'm glad i'm not alone! this happens to me too.
I am experiencing something VERY similar. Did you ever find out what it is ?
Also dealing with the same thing! What have you learned over the year since you posted??
I also have this! I am noticing more after a couple of cycles when on the last day of my period i experienced SUDDEN extremely sharp pain that nearly made me vomit/pass out. Both times it subsided after about thirty minutes of lying in the fetal position and then this pressure about five days after my period. Any answers??? I am 41 and have had two children for reference (last pregnancy 12 years ago). I use no hormones, no IUD. Husband hot snipped. Seeing gyno in two weeks.
Same. I have that pressure too but it started recently. Right after ny period. I also started feeling ill and cold.

Hello.
It is difficult to determine the exact cause of your symptoms without more information, but it's possible that you could be experiencing a viral or bacterial infection. Many viral infections, such as the common cold or flu, can cause symptoms such as a feeling of pressure, fatigue, and chills.
The timing of your symptoms starting after your period may be coincidental, or it could be related to changes in hormone levels during your menstrual cycle. Some women experience changes in their immune system or hormone levels before, during, or after their period that can make them more susceptible to infections.
To help alleviate your symptoms, you may want to try some self-care measures, such as getting plenty of rest, staying well-hydrated, and taking over-the-counter medications to relieve any discomfort.
If you experience any concerning symptoms such as high fever, difficulty breathing, or severe abdominal pain, it is important to seek medical attention immediately, as these symptoms could indicate a more serious condition.
