Short-term cannabis use is not correlated with changes in white or grey matter. However, several cross-sectional studies have shown that repeated long-term cannabis use is associated with smaller grey matter volumes in the hippocampus, amygdala, medial temporal cortex, and prefrontal cortex, with increased grey matter volume in the cerebellum. Long-term cannabis use also alters white matter integrity (The cerebellum is located in the same spot your describing, the increase in grey matter may be causing the pressure.)

Dont say that stuff calm down as far as i can see this is more of a anxiety/depression problem. I too have the feeling right now and looking at many conversations and most include anxiety. God is awesome might just be his way of telling us "stop that sh*t". For all of us. But seriously there are lots f stories like this and people say it goes away even after a few months just keep researching.

Did you find anything out about what it was? I've had those exact symptoms for at least 5 years now and to this day it still drives me crazy. I'm even going for an MRI in the next week for it and all I want to do is be able to live my every day life again. ☹

theres likely an underlying blockage in your head and neck, thc opens up flow which can cause pressure to bottleneck around areas that are restricted. Think of the body like a series of hose w water, if an area is pinched pressure builds, when it is released it travels further down the line. twist and pull your ears while slowly looking around and rotating your body, squat down and move will still pulling and twisting one ear forward one ear backward. this will open up the fascia in the skull, what you are experiencing and many others is just a fascial restriction. basically your heed is trying to expand but it cant! release that stress and you will be back to 100.

ive been smoking for over a couple years now and that pressure has been there for a while now. ive only been noticing it lately bc of how intense it feels (imagine an almost spiky or tingly feeling under the base of your skull), but so far i haven’t had many issues other than the usual forgetfulness. im going to try taking a t break for my own sake and because i know at this point, im almost completely dependent/have an addiction to weed so, wish me luck

I am a 32 year old male. I’ve smoked weed since i was 22. One day in 2020, when i was allowed to go back to work full time during the pandemic, I was getting my go of work, and i ate some fruity pebble marshmallow treats i had made. hade 2. Note i have been smoking 4-5 blunts a day and eating these.

after an hour of sitting my car i ran back into work feeling as if i was dying. rapid heart rate, nausea, trying to take in all the air i could.
Eventually had a co-worker take me to the hospital. The said i was dehydrated. for years since then.. i’ve had stabbing pains in my chest, a heart beat arythmia, rapid heart rate tons of head pressure that moves from front to back. muscularity pains that stab.

I’ve been clean almost a year now and still have head pressure that comes and goes..

My own believe thinks something changed in my body during the pandemic cause i never got sick even till this day from it. and i know everyone’s body is different.. i’ve been to every doctor i’ve had google list, from cardiology, ent, pulmonologist, primary physician, gastro, neuro to all kinds of blood work and heart monitors. all.. to no abail… i’m currently depressed and scared for my life all the time now.

I just had a son. he’s 1 years old now. i’m scared all of this will keep him from having a daddy.

symptoms faded for a while but rev back up every other month.
