I had an attack of pancreitis recently, it was bad and I had to stay in hospital for 4 days. I could not eat and had to get food by intravenous infusion. Anyway, doctor told me that it was acute attack and that resolves completely. Before this attack, I’ve never felt symptoms and signs that may get pancreatitis. So, how can I be sure that this acute attack won’t develop into chronic?
