I am still researching about intermittent fasting and losing weight. All day! I found that is possible to gain weight after intermittent fasting. Did you have any problems with it?

According to some studies, you can gain a lot of weight after you stop using intermittent fasting diet pills.

Is it possible that this problem can outflank certain people?

How much do you eat per day?

I am worried that all I can lose using intermittent fasting will be water. Honestly, I am really scared because I really don’t want to give all my effort to lose weight without any results.

Do you have any idea?

You have all the reasons to be worried about this problem. I must tell you that I think this is possibly the worst way ever you can do to lose your weight. You can't "eat" these pills because our body needs a lot of different food to survive and to stay healthy. So, when you eat above 1000 calories your body will save fat to protect itself.

I know that because I was eating 1.000 to 1.100 calories per day. I was not working out then. One day I have increased my caloric intake because I was on vacation. Do I even need to say that my body was shocked? I was so weak.

I know you can also gain a lot of weight after intermittent fasting.

Please be careful!
