PTB Volume loss

I just worried about my brother's X-ray result.Can you explain what does it mean?This was the result: 

There are ill-defined densities in both upper lobes with elevation of both hila. Heart is not enlarged. The diaphragm is low-set.

Impression:

PTB VOLUME LOSS, BOTH UPPER LOBES.
