i dont know whether i have hit puberty yet or not read something about the changes in puberty and none of them have happened to me yet apart from pubic hair by the way i am 13
If you have started to get pubic hair then yes you have started puberty
Don´t worry you are a younger boy. Be patient and wait a few more years.

It can happen at different times for everyone so cant really say
but like a boy the same age as me has a deeper voice than most off the teachers
His voice may of changed first where as other things changed first for you
