I have a rash on my inner thighs and it's a bunch of red dots that aren't very big or dark. I have them in the area right below my testicles on my thighs too. I also found a very whitehead looking sore on the base of my penis. It's the only sore but there are some darkish red dots around it. And on my pubic mound I have some what I believe are ingrown hairs. But some look they have no hair in it and are just red dots. I have no pain or itchiness. It doesn't hurt or burn when I pee. what does this sounds like?
