It seems the pulsing in my head is from wireless radiation. Is there a way you can get away from all wireless and see how you feel?
OMG I suffer severe stress and anxiety... and I have all those simptoms ....
Bruce, I'm wondering whether you have an update to share.
I agree with your theory (in my case) that it's "likely related to some sort of spine/disk issue with pressure on the nerves". My head, neck and back muscles are also extremely tense all the time. I'm sure there has to be some connection.

Thank you for your thoughtful reply...Your idea is a good one...I did this unknowingly one year when I went camping in BC. At that time we went north of Nelson and it was "quiet"! I didn't want to come home. It isn't wireless free there anymore. Thanks, again for the idea. It was thoughtful of you.
Yes, I do.
Ive been feeling the exact same symptoms it all started with pressure behind my eyes
I have the same, comes and goes anytime for no reason, Starts out to feel like sinus pressure but quickly turns to a Dull like pressure inside the head in the back of my left eye, left temple the goes to the rear of my threat and top of pallet, I have has CT, MRI Ultra sounds of head neck, coronary artery, heart lungs, all clear.....
My odd an only answer is :: The High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program, or HAARP, has been called a missile-defense tool and a mind-control device.. Yes I am serious
I lived that as well ... I became over sensitive and was convinced that I was going to drop dead any second I a pain or odd heart beat.. So yes get tested and if they find nothing then its jut that you are an organic thing that does do odd but normal things ..
Did u find out whts wrong
I get a complete lane work every year and my B complex levels are fine as well as calcium and vitamin d. I exercise daily as well as I can but I have TMJ and my neck cracks when I move it as we as the whooshes!
You are full of it.
I have had the same thing, off and on, for nearly 20 years. I can still remember the 1st time it happened
Exercise is a part of my daily life both at work and leisure.
I eat well cooking with fresh ingredients from all food groups, but also take a daily multivitamin.
I am not overweight or underweight
I occasionally have trouble sleeping as everyone does, but that is not when they symptoms occur.
Just because you have not experienced this does not mean it doesn't exist unless the sufferer is doing something unhealthy

It is amazing to hear we all have similar symptoms. I have a pulsating sound in my head that has progressively gotten worse. It is worse when I lay down. The sound is a pulsing whoosh, whoosh. 4 years ago I had severe vertigo, dizziness, tinnitus, twitching in my legs, hearing loss, vision problems, and we thought it was due to Lyme disease. I was able to clear lyme disease, and subsequently the other toxicities and viruses in my body including - mold toxicity, epstein barr and heavy metal toxicity. I strongly suggest all people with these symptoms get to a functional medicine doctor to rule out a virus in your head/brain or ear. I thought the symptoms would clear up after clearing up the viruses. A MRI and CT scan showed that I have a superior semi circular canal disconance- which is a thinning of the bone in the inner ear. Nothing to do but watch. So fluid is very, very slowly leaking in my ear. I have lost total hearing in my left ear. The MRI also showed my brain "sits' low in the back of my head. Now with the constant pulsation in my head, which has gotten very loud and intefers with sleep, I will have another MRI to see if I have a Chiari malformation. Look it up-regrettably it makes total sense for my current health issue. Other symptoms I have is continual sinus blockage, hoarseness, some obstruction with swallowing. Dramamine helps with vertigo/dizziness; rest is very important.
I am kind of in the same boat! have a partial hearing loss in my right ear as well. Did you find anything about it?
I get this too. It’s very weird. I find it happens a lot more when I’m exercising. I also get lightheaded when I stand up (a different sensation). I just got an echocardiogram done so maybe it’s related to the heart?? Man, human bodies are weird.
Doubt it is your heart, yet wise to double check. I was helped by getting tests for viruses.
