Pulsating pain in both temples when I lay down -- Had surger

I don't know if it's painkillers, but I do know that when I get throbbing in my temples that it usually is something like a sinus infection or something like that so could you explain to me if you've had any other symptoms like that? if not, it could just be a blood pressure thing. Let me know if you'er feeling better or not, okay?
