Yesterday I noticed 2 small (2mm maybe) purple dots on the tip of my penis. They do not hurt or itch and are not raised from the skin. The night before i noticed them I had sex (with a condom). After regular sex she went down on me for oral sex (no condom). I noticed she was a bit "eager" with the oral, almost rough. I have never noticed these types of spots before. Could "trauma" be a cause of petechia? I want to know if this is something I should worry about or seek medical attention. Thanks for any responses.
