Hi, I'm 16 and my penis is just over 6" in length and 5" girth. However my foreskin does not roll back naturally. Is this because my penis hasn't finished growing yet? I am somewhat of a late bloomer.
My ejaculatory fluids are also not white, more of a translucent yellow colour. Is this normal?

What you are experiencing is normal, up to about 16 or so. You need to stretch your foreskin. Check this thread:

Your penis sounds like it is adult size.
It sounds like your foreskin will only roll back if you pull it back. Then it springs forward again to recover the head. Is that the case.
There is no law that say the foreskin has not roll back naturally. If your foreskin is longer than your penis, then it will not roll back automatically on erection. Only guys with short foreskins have foreskins that roll back on erection.
