i have had it for about 2 1/2 years but last year i noticed the small bowell going into the testicular sack so i have a bulge in there. is it dangerous for it to be there and can it cause damage to my manhood. sexually it has been working fine however some discomfort
The risk, as I understand it, is from too much heat in the area of the testicle. This can cause temporary sterility.
As for the discomfort, only you can determine if you can bear this, or if you want it treated through surgery.
I believe they can repair this fairly easily, however, you will be off work and off your feet for awhile for recovery.
I'm not familiar enough with problems of the bowel to say much more, but I would think if the loop of bowel gets trapped or twisted when in the scrotal sack, you would have serious problems.
Bottom line: Go to a doctor for an evaluation and recommendation for treatment.
