I am aware of the fact that i need to go on a diet or exercise more but i was asking myself if there are any quick tips that could make loose weight. I mean, i am not completely lazy but i would not mind quicker solutions for my weight problem. Does anyone have any tips about this? Is there some quicker way and/or tips so i can start loosing weight faster?
well..!! ap walk karen  us se bht farq parta hai & ziada se zida pani piye & excercise INSHALLLAH apka weight loose hojaga :)
