Random recurrent Blood/Puss filled boils on buttocks, leads to darkening and scarredred bum skin.

Hi I have been having this issue for a while, but have usually ignored it after the first few times. I started getting these blood and puss filled boils or blisters on buttocks, not inside, on the skin on the bum. Have learned to handle them well over the past 4-5 years of occurrences. I have self concluded that these were initially follicles blockages which further spread into bacteria based. Please do correct me if I am wrong there. What's been happening is that I have been getting scars and striking difference of skin color in the concerned area, it looks like the bacteria-blisters - darkening have gotten into a vicious circle. I am planning to take proper course of action on it now, please give your views. I was thinking of starting with OTC use of BENZOYL PEROXIDE OR/AND SALICYLIC ACID. Would further like information on how to use them. If this could be centric to India, would be great. Thanks.
