It could be the condition known as Interstitial cystitis. They say the majority of cases are found in women but that doesnt mean all, so hey it could be that, hope that helps someone.
WebMd is a good place to check things out.

Okay, first of all I am a female 18 and the same thing thats happening to you is happening to me (minus the penis). This started happening just recently, like a week ago. The urine is cloudy and when I am about to finish I get this burning sharp pain. I am really worried because this is the first time that it has happened and I know its not an STD because me and my boyfriend get tested every 6 months. The one thing I noticed dough is that it happened the same night me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex for the first time. I mean I really doubt that, that can be the cause of it right? I am going to the doctor tomorrow so hopefully they can give me an anwer. Well I hope I can come back to this and find an answer soon.

This has happened to me as well. Sharp burning pains after white urine. After researching the thing that is closest with these symptoms is like he said bacterial prostatitis. This website explains a little. ***edited by moderator*** web addresses not allowed

Also after talking with a health nutritionist/midwife they suggested drinking a large amount of water to flush the infection out. This helped... a ton.

I'm 16 now, coming up to 17. i have the exact same problem... but it only happens if I masturbate too much in 1 day.
Also, I find drinking a lot of liquids helps alot, the best thing to do whilst you feel the sharp, burning pain is to sit down and do something to take your mind of it, Do not pee, even if it feels like you're bursting. Also if you tense your penis because of the sensation, it does make it more painful, so just relax your penis and allow the pain to subside, roughly 20 minutes for me.

I have had the same thing for years. Towards the end of peeing it turns white. I don't always have pain though just irritation. More often than not it happens after a lot of alcohol. When there is pain its so bad can't even think for 30min from the tip of my penis up into my body, I feel like i need to pee constantly for this time and only a little comes out, usually making the pain a lot worse. I have noticed it happens after masterbation or sex. Mentioned it to the doctor he had no real suggestion and because it does not happen often said not to worry.

The best thing to do when it happens is dont let your self pee little bits after the first passing. Drink as much water as you can and dont let your self pee for as long as you can untill you have a full blader. Then when I pee this second time the pain goes...

I really want rid of this though? anyone have any luck of suggestions? I've been wondering about excess calcium in the body which can cause crystals in the urine and blader. Does anyone know more about this?

I have the same problem, I think it could be to much salt or calcium or something.

When I joined the military I had a urine test and the Doc said I had to much salt in it, and it was kinda white then too.

I don't think it will be fixed by antibiotics but you never know.  It's a odd one, doesn't hurt me though, but it can be very white at times and seems to happen less when I drink lots of fluids.

hi, I have been having the same problem for a long time. I am 19 and a virgin. So I can't see how it would be an STD of any sort. But I sometimes squeeze a little extra when I feel like I still have to pee and that's when I notice the cloudy urine and within the next 5 seconds when I relax I feel like a ninja shuriken is slowly grinding its way down my urethra. It usually last like 20 minutes and makes me feel like I still have to go. I have also noticed that I have gas during this. And if I relieve said gas it will take the edge off. It is an irritating pain since nothing really relieves it quickly. And being in the tip of my penis doesn't help things at all! To the "soon to be doctor" if it is the urinary tract infection theory, can they be contracted through other non-sexual ways? I am afraid to tell my doctor since it is a very rare occasion and none of my friends have the issue, which leaves me to believe that the doctor will stick a rod up my there to look for something that doesn't exist, making a pointless doctor visit with unimaginable pain. I also worry about kidney stones or bladder stones being the culprit. But this would be weird because I never feel intense pain in my abdomen or back before these occurrences. Mostly more pain as I flex my (whaddayacallit) sex muscle. Lol I've never thought much of it, usually just bothersome at things like thanksgiving and work. But if someone can say 100% what this is and what the risk factors are, I may consider a probing over losing a vital part of my genitals. It's already relieving to know there are more out there.

I have the same symptoms. For over a year I've had occasional white particulate in my urine. Generally this happens before bed. I feel like I have to urinate very badly and so I can't go to sleep, but when I try to go I can only squeeze out a few drops. And even that is painful. I can see white particulate in each individual droplet so I know something is up. Sometimes it happens after I've ejaculated that day and other times not which makes it a little more confusing. It's really painful and inconvenient though because I just want to go to sleep. I have work in the morning. I'm only 18 and I'd really rather not go through my entire life dealing with this.

Hey guys, I'm 17, i have the same problem, it started when I was around 13. I have no visible symptoms, i went to the doctors and they were kind of useless... like someone said, after 24 hours its gone... and well, by then its too late to get an appointment... So, i went to a naturopath with 13 years of schooling, and around 6 years of experience. We've been trying to figure my problem out for a while, and I did test which showed me low on a couple of the important digestive bacteria, there was also a small excess of candida yeast and some floras, but nothing too out of the normal, other than the bacteria. Although, it still seems really random because some months I have the bacteria, other months I don't. I have the same symptoms as you guys, but I also have a burning in the anus, I don't know if you guys have that too? I find eating foods I'm allergic really makes my problem worse as well, especially caffinated foods and drinks... but i think thats more specifically related to me... Anyways, has anybody found a fix?

IT sucks to know that people are going through the same stuff but I am kind of relieved that I am not the only one. Hopefully something will come up that will fix this problem. I noticed this happens a lot after I drink a lot of beer and have sex. Even ejaculation also plays a role in it. Scares the piss out of me when im taking a leak and hurts like hell when it follows. You cant be the same person for awhile just hide in the background really shitty feeling.

I've had this problem ever since puberty as well & it has always freaked me out! it does seem to happen only after I have masturbated & i cant nail down every specific time that it has happened but oddly enough im researching this for the first time since it literally just happened again for the first time in a very very long time (months maybe a year) & guess what I was doing all day yesterday... partying at a major pool party! I think this chlorine thing is worth looking into...

Obviously we all know how ridiculously painful and utterly annoying this problem is but I must say... I find a little salvation & faith in knowing that im not the only one who this happens to! FREE OUR PEE!!!

Thank you to the person who suggested the Chronic Bacterial Prostatitis.  I am a 26-year-old male who has been living with this problem off and on for the last 6 years or more.  A lack of persistent symptoms and health insurance lead me away from seeing a doctor.  I always suspected it was a UTI so I would drink a lot of water/cranberry juice when I felt the symptoms returning.  Here are the symptoms that hit my eye regarding this disease and fit my symptoms perfectly.  It might help piece together the mystery for you and signify the importance of getting a UTI CURED rather than just thinking some cranberry juice can fix it.

Symptoms
1.)  Moderate to sever main prior to, during, or after urination/ejaculation.
2.)  A constant urge to urinate even after urinating.
3.)  The act of "pushing" or trying to urinate relieves the pain somewhat.
4.)  Extremely cloudy urine that results in a "crystal" deposit after discharge.
5.)  Extremely fluid or clear ejaculate to the point where it's not viscous at all.
6.)  Random, intense pain in the "taint" or perineum area that can only be relieved by applying pressure to the area (this can happen randomly or around urination).

If you share any of these symptoms, I feel you have the above infliction.  Basically, you waited too long to get your UTI cured and the bacterial found its way into your prostate.  I'm not accusing you but I know personally that is what happened with mine I believe.  By the way, for those who don't think a UTI is related to sex, you're wrong.  It's related to feces bacteria making its way into your urinary tract.  In women, that's more common.  It can happen from simple things as well as "intimate" things.

If you feel the above symptoms (including #6) fits you, I would suggest checking out http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0001550/ and seeing your doctor.  Thank you whoever suggested this disease.  I am going to make an appointment tomorrow with my doctor and, as much as I hope it's a simple UTI, I fear it has jumped into CBP.

Later all,
Matt

Thank you to the brave person who posted this topic. I hope I have good news.

I have had this problem since I was a teenager. I am now 39, married with two healthy children and a happy healthy partner. I have however suffered terribly with this affliction for nearly 25 years. I have been to doctors, naturopaths, tried diets, Multiple HIV tests (I don't have HIV) and STD tests. Even analysis of my (obviously abnormal) WHITE urine yealded no specific result. For a long time I was at a loss. It cost me years of anxiety and some failed relationships before I found what the cure was. (yes, there is a cure.)

My experience is this is a actually candida (yeast infection) caused by a lack of Vitamin C, and Zinc. If you drink plenty of water, and EVERY DAY take a combined zinc, and vit C powder this problem will go away. Take POWDERED vit c 1000mg with zinc, available over the counter from almost anywhere that sells vitamins. (no, i don't sell it)

Some notes on this problem:

If you have this problem then your body is not good at absorbing/digesting vitamines. You must keep taking the suppliments to keep the problem away.

You must quit smoking. This problem is made much worse by even one cigarette or dope smoking. You will never be cured if you smoke. (smoking drains the body of vitamins and f*cks up your imune system - STOP SMOKING)

Don't drink too much alchohol. Especially yeasty drinks like BEER. (especially before or after sex - sorry!)

Don't eat too much sugar or cheese (yeasts LOVE cheese)

EAT yogurt. Yogurt is very important to reduce the candida living in your gut. It contains good bacteria that combat yeast. Only eat REAL, sour,  natural yogart, not the lolly sugar flavoured c**p.

Don't eat too much junk food within 3 days of having sex/ejaculating. If you want to have this problem real bad then just have a macdonalds meal after having sex. - 2-3 days later  - lots of white pee and pain.

If you masturbate or have oral sex, ensure that saliva does not enter your penis. i.e don't spit on your penis and then wank. (Candida lives in your mouth too and will multiply when it gets to your prostate.)

If you masturbate or have sex, do it in a dry environment - not the shower or pool.

Don't have unprotected anal sex. (candida funguses live in and around the bowel)

Don't have unprotected vaginal sex with a partner with thrush. (but if your partner has thrush get them to take vit c too and get it treated). Use a condom.

Note that this problem is contagious. If you have unprotected sex you will spread a temporary candida yeast infection to your partner's vagina. However, once you have built up your imune system and (vit c and zinc) then you may find that this no longer happens and you will be able to have normal unprotected sex (with your safe, regular HIV tested partner/wife of course). Naturally be sure you don't actually have an STD first.

If your doctor suggests antibiotics he/she may risk killing you with an overdose or allergic reaction (as was nearly my case). Antibiotics are good to cure many STDs, but they wont cure this as it is fungal, not baterial (in my experience). Antibiotics will make the fungal infection WORSE as they kill the good bacteria that keep the candida fungus in check. If your doctor suggests antibiotics, first ask him/her to identify the strain of STD or bacteria you have! To take antibiotics without identifying the bacteria through clinical tests first is experimental and dangerous.

Other symptoms that may indicate Candida Yeast infection due to lack of vitamin C and zinc.

1) Dandruff (this will go away too when you up your vit c & zinc).

2) Bleeding gums when cleaning your teeth.

3) Bad digestion. Bloating, gas.

4) Your partner gets thrush after having sex with you.

5) A red itchy anus area (if extreme)

6) Jock itch - fungal infecton around the groin.

7) You get a sore throat and grumpy 1 to 3 days after sex. You get colds and flu easily and have trouble shaking off illness.

I hope this helps. I welcome any comments or feedback.

Sorry but this post is for men. I make no reference to the women who have posted here with various urinary problems (which are well documented elsewhere).

Regards

A.D.

I have the same problem (white piss, maybe with particles, difficulty urinating and pain that makes you stand up and move around until it goes away).

I found it happens ONLY when I don't drink enough water.

For example today, I had my cup of milk for breakfast at 10, but then forgot to drink: at 3 o'clock, white painful piss. It was not that bad, I've suffered worse.
I drank, and now at 6 o'clock it hurt much less than before.

The worst I had ever was when I hadn't drank enough during all day and had quite an active day. There was sand and I was in pain for like 5 minutes.

So my advice is: make sure that you are drinking water (not drinks) thourough the day. When you head out you should take a 1 liter bottle and have it finished when you get off work. This way with breakfast + dinner you should have reached the recommended minimum 1.5 liters of water a day.
