Greetings,
My doctor found that i have septations in the cul de sac area and a CA125 ct. of 37. Ten years ago (i'm 51) i had an benign ovarian cyst with a CA125 ct of 60. He's recommending full surgery 'just in case'. He says that even if they drain out all the fluid they can't be sure to get all the pockets cleaned/removed from the cul de sac area, therefore doesn't want to do it laproscopically because there could be ovarian cancer hiding there somewhere. I also have uterine fibroids but they're not as much the concern as the possibility of ovarian cancer.
thank you,
Tosho
