Is it possible to develope a very very very light period every three years or so. It is so inconsequential that I do not know if it is coming from my hemmaroid (sorry forgot how to spell it).
Well, you didn’t say much about your individual situation….how old you were, if you are in menopause, if you had your uterus removed with/without the ovaries, cervix, etc….So, it is very hard to say much

The bleeding could be because of the hemorrhoids but if you still have your uterus and are in menopause, you should see a gynecologist and see if you have developed any growths inside of the uterus. Most of these growths are benign, but you better have them checked.

Also, if you have preserved your ovaries, you should have them checked and see if there haven’t any cysts developed. These cysts often cause spotting and unexpected bleeding.

So, if you really want to find out what it is, “just” hemorrhoids or something else, you need to have yourself checked.
