every now and then i get really chapped lips and its gets really red and sometimes get red bumps around corner of lips. Now it is just red around the corner of my lips and i dont know what to do. Its been like this for a week and wont go away. I tried using chapstick(Burts beeswax) and i wake up and its still red on the corner of my lips. Almost like a clown.. What do i do?

in morning it looks bad then after a few hours, maybe 3 it doesnt look so bad. But then i will go to sleep and it will start all over..
