I recently started getting these small red scattered blotches on my chin. I have acne prone skin and have been using the same face wash and moisturizer for awhile now. This is the second time that I have gotten the red dots on my chin this month and I think they go away pretty quickly. I'm pretty sure I'm not allergic to anything. They don't hurt or itch and are not bumpy. It actually look like a really big acne scar and it's pain to hide. I'm worried that it'll spread to other parts of my face. Does anyone may know what it is? Should I go see my doctor? 

I also wear make up daily and remove it before I go to sleep. Again, I've been using the same products for quite sometime now. I think I can eliminate that.
