Red bumps around my vagina, I thought it is a shaving rash, but isn't

I am a vergin 

I have red bumps around my vagina and on the bottem of my bum.

I thought it could have been a shaving rash, so I stoped shaving but it still hasn't cleared .

It's itchy and I feel cuts around my vagina witch hurts heaps ..... help ?
