Alright, I just recently lost my virginity but before i lost it i noticed these bumps down there that are sometimes itchy but most of the time don't and they're like really small bumps on the inner lips or whatever and it sometimes gets red down there. i really only notice the bumps after i shave. could they just be like razor burn or skin irritation or is it something serious.
please help!

i cant go to the doctor cause my mom doesn't even know that i lost my virginity and she would just die if she knew i lost it so soon and not to mention she doesn't know about my boyfriend...
