I just have one dot, like the ones shown, on the side of my penis. Doesn't itch or burn. Appeared a few days after very brief genital to genital contact with a girl. After a couple weeks it seems to be getting smaller and less red.
I have something similar..
I'm not circumcised, this is the first time ever happened.
My penis head produces some type of cottage cheess like type of grease and when I take a shower to eliminate the odor little blood droplets around the pee hole start to form, yes they keep on bleeding if I don't clean them and pull the forskin back in to place..
I have also symtoms of flu & fever which came by drastic changes in the wheather..
What you think guys..
Thanks.

i get the same thing every now and its definitely from rough sex or to much sex then began to think nothing of it if you stop having sex and stop masturbating it goes away after a couple of days
Well this si a old forum.... but I belive it has alot to do with the un protected "rough sex" cause thats how that got started, yeast infection also may cause itt (same situation) and since no STD come back positive, its something that should clear up over time as long as you stay clean but yea.... I'm more then likely sure its because un protected sex with a femal who has a yeast infection.
Yo guys, im pretty sure its just a rash .
kindof like a rugburn.
it happens with exsessive masturbation or rough/dry sex in un-circumsized men.
Its nothing to worry about, although if you have one red dot & it goes away then more come back, your showing early signs of Syphilis.
If the dots look like the picture posted in this thread you have nothing to worry about :-)

I have the same thing too as you guys are describing it but I cant see the pic if anyone else has another pic or a working link. I am scarred shyt as well... I went to a doctor and he said I have nothing to worry about and he doesn't think it's std or anything like that but I am still scarred because I am waiting for the tests to come back. I had rough unprotected sex and that when it happened. I also masturbated a lot but this never happened till the unprotected rough sex. I am also uncircumcised.
Doctor told me to put some anifungal cream on it ( I am using Goldine which he gave me which compares to Lotrimin AF)
I'll keep everyone posted when I get the results back. Makes me feel better that I am not the only one.

This is scabies guys. It disappeared for a while in the industrialized countries, but it is coming back. It is still pretty common in places like South America, Africa and Asia.
Doctors in the U.S. and Europe often don't recognize it because they've never seen it. You can get it from sitting in a seat or sleeping on a bed where someone else who has scabies recently was. You can also get it from sex.
The bad news is, it spreads throughout your home and youll need to clean everything / let the scabies die while you treat yourself. The good news is, after a short treatment the scabies will die, then you just have to wait for the marks they left to heal. You use a skin cream that contains pesticide like Permethrin. You need a prescription to get it.
In men, the scabies often collect around the penis, because it is the warmest place.
Here's a picture of it on the hand, another place it gathers: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Acarodermatitis_Hand.jpg

I am uncut & have exactly the same thing. They appear & disappear sporadically. No itching or burning at all. I haven't had sex so it's not an std. I masturbate 4 to 6 times a day,so that could be why. Another theory is an allergic reaction to the soap I use to shower. I know it's not yeast related. I feel perfectly fine.
Hello. A one off post, this.
I've had 'glans problems' for almost two decades, since my foreskin separated from my glans when I was about 16 (late developer!). The top of my glans is nearly always either reddish and tacky, or reddish and tacky with a few 'spots' a la the topic creator. It gets worse during the summer, because it gets very humid here. My foreskin is intact, btw. The glans is extremely sensitive.
I've actually been to the GU clinic many moons ago about this, and all they gave me was a tube of Diprobase, lol. I was told to wash my glans twice a day (and just using water is not sufficient), and make sure to dry it properly afterwards. Along with the use of the Diprobase, which I sometimes think makes it worse, there isn't much I can do. Immersing it in salty water was suggested, too, but I didn't like that much.
It's never gone away, and varies greatly in redness from week to week. It's either slightly irritating, slighty itchy, or sometimes mildly painful. I'll never attempt a relationship, because I can't even wear a condom, it's so sensitive.
Awful life, isn't it?!

Dude i have the same freaking problem!? OK this is weird we all have the same problem. It seem it is not an std or herpes, Thank god. I don’t have any symptoms nor any itching, pain, but for some reason my pennies does seem like dryer? like it need lotion? and at the begging i had a funny funky smell? does any one know what this really is?
Get your doc to prescribe you some valacyclovir and see if anything happens.
Hey everyone, i've had the same problems - almost exactly the same as the picture and matching what everyone else here seems to be saying. Totally freaked out, almost convinced myself I'd caught herpes!
But good news is, its definitely not an std, girlfriend and i both been tested and came back neg. as with the other guys here so far, have fairly frequent unprotected (in stable relationship) sex, sometimes rough, and I'm also uncircumsized.
It appears that its a yeast infection or more commonly known as thrush. Generally girls get it, but as we're all uncircumsized chaps, unfortunately so can we... it thrives in moist, dark places with no competing bacteria - uncut penis head after sex if not dried off is perfrect for it.
You're most likely getting it as your partner's got thrush. 10-20% of women who have it do not have any symptoms as the bacteria that cause it are actually naturally occuring in a pretty high percentage of women, it only causes problems when those bacteria multiply to a really high level and get out of balance with the other bacteria in the vag. So she may not even know its there...
Onto treatment, I'm in australia so not sure what the brands are everywhere else, but you need to get an anti-fungal creme. Over here the chemists sell it over the counter, no doctor or prescription required. I think it was called canasten or something.. Also important for both you and your partner to be treated at the same time until all symptoms have cleared up (took 3-4 days for me), and then for a few more days just to make sure. If it comes back again just repeat :-) Probably worth seeing a doc if its happening a lot, as it can be an indicator of some other problems but unless don't freak out - just go get some cream and you'll be back to normal! Other things to help ensure it doesn't keep coming back is to make sure you penis is compeltely dry before putting it away after wanking, sex or shower...

Oh and one more thing that I only just found! Often it'd flare up after use of soap to wash... many many soaps include Glycerol or Glycerin - which is a simple sugar that yeasts love. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glycerol
This is also used in a lot of personal lubes... so if you're having problems with this popping up again and again, check your soap and/or lube contents for it and try changing to a different brand that doesn't contain it :-)
