i have the same damn problem i dont have any bumps or anything theres no discharge or nothing of that matter its jus a lil swollen and red and hurts a lil so me too i would like some advice on what to do abotu this with out goign to the doctors

I have had the same problem for about 6 months (give or take), had before 2 other times. and lasted bout the same time. my symptoms also include lower backache & at times a burning sensation in my butt. i have been 2 the er & even a specialist they told me it was a yeast infection & that creams would take it away but it never helped. i even went to a specialist & he told me i had nothing , that he cant explain why i feel like this... if u find something let me know!!!!!

Have you switched laundry detergents? Laundry detergents have dyes and chemicals that can cause chemical burns to the penis especially in those who wear boxer briefs and plain briefs. The penis is then continually exposed to the irritant. Try switching to hypoallergenic soaps and detergents and see if symptoms ease up. Remember allergies can develop at any point in time and the most sesitive parts of your body will be the first to react to them.

Hi, it is possible that the redness that all of you are experiencing is caused by a yeast infection or another type of fungal infection, especially if an antifungal medication seems to help. The thing is that if you stop using the medication as soon as the symptoms disappear, the infection will come back – it’s important to use the cream for the full recommended period. Fungal infections can be pretty hard to get rid of, and if you stop the medication before it is fully eradicated, it becomes even more resistant to the treatment. Make sure the cream is actually intended for yeast/fungal infections; a hydrocortisone cream will stop the itch temporarily, but it won’t cure the infection itself, and it can also be harmful to the skin if used over a long period of time. You might consider a penis health cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) that is fortified with vitamins and natural moisturizers – it should not be applied to open sores, but it can help to soothe dry, cracked or itchy skin.

I had the same problem for years and the the only way to keep it from burning was to keep it retracted all the time. Any time it slid over the glans it would be sore right away. Finally got circumcised and solved the problem. That was 32 years ago, I am now 64 and had no more problems. Wish I had done it sooner.

It sounds like you have balanoposthitis, which is inflammation of the glans and the foreskin.

There are many causes, so accurate diagnosis of the cause is required before treatment starts. It may an irritant, not an infection. If it is an infection, it may be bacterial, viral, or fungal. So the treatment depends on the cause.

See your doctor.

Good luck guys I have had this for 20 years no doctor can help I know it is highly contagious I suggest putting your penis in as much p***y as you can when every one starts crying some thing might get done about it

You may have PID Doctors will tell you male can't get PID that is bull c**p, if creams don't work I think you may need antibiotics how do I know I have been down this road. You need to try 28 Doxycycline 100mg for 14 days ,
20 Cephalexin 500mg for 14 days , 21 Metronidazole 400mg for 14 days
They are antibiotics if the doctor does not know what you have these are broad spectrum and will clear the problem up. If it does not clear it up it is a fungus .
