I HAD A RED SPOT ON MY PENIS gland. i heard it was a virus so i put vinegar on. the spot was red bumpy inflamed spot. now it is a crater scar on my penis gland and a red inflammed ring is around the crater. it is sore but the red ring wont dissapear please help!!!
